Hon. AbdulMutalib Tade Shittu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Kwara State Geographic Information Service (KW-GIS), on Monday, joined hundreds of enthusiastic youths at the Kwara South Youth Unity Football Fiesta (KSYUFF) held at Zeems Sport Arena, Offa.
As part of his support for the event, Hon. Shittu donated cash prizes to boost the morale of participating teams and encourage further youth involvement in community-building activities.

In his remarks, Hon. Shittu expressed joy at being part of the initiative, describing the football fiesta as a timely and impactful programme designed to foster unity, peace, and collaboration among the vibrant youth of Kwara South.
“I am excited to join the Kwara South youth for this impactful event, designed to foster unity, peace, and collaboration among the vibrant youth of Kwara South through the power of sport,” he said.

He further noted that beyond the competitive excitement, the tournament offers a valuable platform for talent discovery, personal development, and positive engagement among young people across the region.
The organisers of KSYUFF praised Hon. Shittu for his generous contribution, stating that such support strengthens their mission of using sports to drive community spirit and youth empowerment.
