Akeweje congratulates Irepodun APC exco, praises AbdulRazaq’s leadership

The Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Kwara State Governor, , has congratulated the newly affirmed executives of the in Irepodun Local Government Area of the state following the successful conduct of the party’s congress.

Fafoluyi, popularly known as Solace, described the emergence of the local government executives as a reflection of unity, political maturity and shared commitment among party leaders and stakeholders in the area.

In a statement, he said the rancour-free congress demonstrated that members of the party in Irepodun had placed the collective interest of the APC above personal ambitions.

“The rancour-free congress is a testament to the wisdom of our elders and the spirit of cooperation among stakeholders. It shows that the APC in Irepodun remains focused, united and forward-looking,” he said.

Fafoluyi also commended the Kwara State Governor, , for what he described as his visionary and transformational leadership.

According to him, the success of the ward and local government congresses across the state further shows that the APC in Kwara remains united and well positioned for future political contests.

He added that the governor’s commitment to infrastructural and rural development had boosted economic activities and strengthened the party’s credibility at the grassroots.

Fafoluyi expressed confidence that the governor’s performance would help mobilise massive support for the re-election of in 2027 as well as other APC candidates in the state.

He urged the newly affirmed executives to justify the confidence reposed in them by providing inclusive, transparent and result-oriented leadership.

Fafoluyi also called on them to strengthen party structures across the wards and deepen engagement with youths, women and grassroots supporters.

The Irepodun APC executive is led by as chairman, alongside other officials drawn from different wards in the local government area.
