The Governor of Kano State, , has warned members of the state executive council against acts of disloyalty, internal rivalry and leaking of confidential government information.
The warning came during the 38th meeting of the State Executive Council, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the governor’s spokesperson, .
Bature said the governor cautioned cabinet members to maintain discipline and unity, stressing that actions capable of undermining the administration would no longer be tolerated.
The development follows the resignation of five commissioners in the state government.
Meanwhile, the governor also approved the removal of the state Head of Service, .
He was replaced by in an acting capacity.
Yusuf urged the new Head of Service to promote discipline, unity and professionalism within the state civil service.
