MOK Foundation’s Tunde Salahudeen Named Oluomo of Igbonna Land

Igbonna community witnessed a historic celebration as Alhaji Tunde Salahudeen, a prominent member of the MOK Foundation, was conferred with the prestigious title of Oluomo of Igbonna Land by the Onigbonna of Igbonna, Oba Abubakar Adeshola Sholadoye.

The colourful installation was part of activities marking the 10th anniversary of Oba Sholadoye’s reign, drawing dignitaries, family members, friends, and well-wishers who paid glowing tributes to Salahudeen’s unwavering commitment to community development.

In his remarks, the monarch described the new Oluomo as a proactive and responsible leader who has consistently championed initiatives that uplift the people of Igbonna. He lauded Salahudeen’s efforts in driving projects that have enhanced the welfare and progress of the town, expressing confidence that he would continue to serve with integrity and passion.

Responding to the honour, Alhaji Salahudeen expressed deep gratitude to the Onigbonna and the entire community for the recognition. He pledged to redouble his efforts towards the growth and prosperity of Igbonna, noting that the title was not just an honour but a call to greater service.
