Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated the Director of the Markaz Arabic and Islamic Training Centre, Agege, Sheikh Mohammed Habeebullah Adam El-Ilory (OON), on the occasion of his 67th birth anniversary, marked today, November 17, 2025.
In a statement issued on Monday, the Governor joined Muslim faithful in Nigeria and beyond — particularly the global Markaz community — in celebrating the respected scholar, describing him as a beacon of knowledge, peace, and exemplary leadership.
Governor AbdulRazaq praised Sheikh Habeebullah Adam for his unwavering contributions to national development, interfaith harmony, and the promotion of peaceful coexistence, noting that his scholarship and advocacy have continued to enrich Islamic learning and human brotherhood.
He further commended the Mudeer for the remarkable progress recorded by Markaz Agege under his stewardship, especially the successful integration of its graduates into mainstream academic programmes across various tertiary institutions in Nigeria and abroad.
The Governor also expressed gratitude to Allaah for restoring the health of the revered scholar, praying that the Almighty continues to bless him with long life, sound health, divine guidance, and a blessed end.
“On behalf of the government and people of Kwara State, I celebrate Sheikh Habeebullah Adam at 67 and appreciate his lifelong commitment to knowledge, discipline, faith, and service to humanity,” the statement added.
