The Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation has extended its monthly healthcare outreach to 48 patients across five Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) in November 2025, reinforcing its commitment to accessible healthcare for vulnerable residents.

The Health Coordinator of the Foundation, Mr. Adewuyi Olaitan, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday, October 2, noting that the Foundation remains unwavering in its mission to improve community health outcomes.

According to the November support breakdown, beneficiaries were recorded as follows: Lamodi Health Centre 12 patients, Olomowewe Health Centre 10 patients, Igbo Oro Health Centre 14 patients, Abogunugun Health Centre 8 patients and Igbona Health Centre 4 patients

Olaitan said the monthly outreach continues to demonstrate the Foundation’s belief that quality healthcare should not be out of reach for anyone.

“Our vision is simple but powerful: to ensure no one is left behind in access to healthcare. Each month, these figures remind us of the difference consistent community service can make,” he said.

The Foundation also acknowledged the efforts of its medical partners, volunteers, and donors, whose support has strengthened its healthcare mission.

It further reaffirmed its dedication to health, education, and social welfare as the core pillars of its work to uplift communities and drive sustainable development.
