In a significant honour and moment of pride, Olayinka Fafoluyi ANIPR, ARPA, Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Kwara State Governor, will be officially installed as the Akeweje of Aran-Orin on Monday, June 9, 2025.
The installation ceremony will be conducted by His Royal Majesty, Oba Joseph Oyeyipo Babalola, at the Primary School in Aran-Orin, Irepodun Local Government Area, Kwara State.
In addition to the installation, Fafoluyi will commission several impactful development projects in his hometown. These include:
• A newly drilled borehole to improve access to clean water
• 32 solar-powered streetlights to enhance community safety
• A groundbreaking ceremony for the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq Corpers’ Lodge, a multimillion-naira facility aimed at supporting youth corps members serving in the area.
Speaking ahead of the occasion, Fafoluyi expressed deep gratitude to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, for his constant mentorship and unwavering support.
“None of these projects would have been possible without the immeasurable investments of my father and mentor, His Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq. I remain deeply grateful,” he said.
He concluded with a prayer for the continued prosperity of Kwara State under the governor’s visionary leadership.
