The MOK Foundation, established with a strong commitment to community development, has made remarkable strides in Kwara by reaching over 2,000 students at various educational levels as of 2025. This significant achievement is a testament to the inspiring vision of its founder, QS Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, who passionately believes that every child matters and deserves an opportunity to succeed.
In 2025 alone, the foundation sponsored the WAEC examination fees for more than 200 deserving students across a diverse array of secondary schools in Kwara. But their support doesn’t end there; the foundation also generously covered the JAMB fees for over 400 students, many of whom have successfully gained admission into various higher institutions, paving the way for their future careers.
The MOK Foundation has extended its assistance to individuals enrolled in universities, polytechnics, and other educational institutions by helping them with tuition fees and other expenses necessary for their academic advancement. This investment in people’s futures underscores the foundation’s commitment to empowering the next generation.
In addition to these initiatives, the foundation launched the “Every Child Must Write” initiative, aimed at providing essential resources to young learners. As part of this program, they distributed pencils to primary school pupils, ensuring that foundational tools for learning are readily available.
As 2025 draws to a close, the MOK Foundation is fueled with ambition and has promised to expand its efforts further in 2027, continuing its mission to uplift and transform the lives of children and young adults in the community.
