The MOK Foundation has continued its grassroots education support campaign with the distribution of essential learning materials to public primary schools in Irepodun Local Government Area, Kwara State.
As part of its ongoing Right to Write initiative, the Foundation provided pencils to pupils in kindergarten through Primary 3, ensuring that the youngest learners are properly equipped as they begin the new academic session.
One of the schools that benefited from the latest phase of the outreach was Amberi Primary School, Igbonla LGEA.
Speaking during the distribution exercise, the Executive Director of the Foundation, Mr. Lawal, reaffirmed the MOK Foundation’s unwavering commitment to promoting access to basic education across the state.
“We believe that no child should be denied basic education because of financial constraints or lack of materials. We plan to extend this distribution to all other local government areas in Kwara,” he stated.
The initiative was met with enthusiasm and appreciation from school administrators, teachers, and parents, who praised the gesture as timely and impactful, particularly for underserved communities.
The MOK Foundation, widely recognized for its interventions in education, health, and welfare, continues to play a vital role in community development throughout Kwara State. Through its Right to Write campaign, the Foundation reinforces its mission to bridge educational gaps and empower the next generation of learners.
