The Senior Special Assistant on KW-GIS, Abdulmutalib Akintade Shittu, has extended warm greetings to Muslims on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, urging them to embrace peace, unity, and creativity.
In a goodwill message to commemorate the end of Ramadan, Tade congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of the fasting period, describing the season as one of reflection, renewal, and spiritual growth.
He encouraged adherents to sustain the virtues of discipline, compassion, and generosity cultivated during the holy month, noting that such values are essential for building a harmonious and progressive society.
Hon. Tade also called on residents to celebrate the festival in peace and extend love to one another, irrespective of religious or ethnic differences.
“This Eid, let us celebrate new beginnings, peace, and boundless creativity. May the lessons of Ramadan continue to guide our actions as we work towards a better society,” he said.
Tade further prayed for continued peace, unity, and development in Kwara State and Nigeria at large, wishing Muslims a joyful and fulfilling Eid celebration.
