A chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. AbdulMutalib Tade Shittu, has felicitated with Christians across Kwara State and the country on the occasion of Easter, urging them to embrace the virtues of love, sacrifice and peaceful coexistence.
In a statement, Tade described Easter as a significant period that symbolises the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, calling on citizens to reflect on its message of hope and redemption.
He urged Nigerians to use the season to promote unity, tolerance and compassion, stressing that the teachings of Christ remain essential in building a harmonious society.
Tade also called for prayers for the peace, progress and stability of the nation, while encouraging citizens to support efforts aimed at national development.
