2027: Adisa-Jaji declares for Ilorin North West seat, promises quality representation

A Peoples Democratic Party aspirant, Azeez Adisa-Jaji, has declared his intention to contest for the Ilorin North West State Constituency seat in the 2027 general elections.

Adisa-Jaji made the declaration on Saturday at the PDP ward secretariat in Alanamu, Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State, where he outlined his vision for improved representation.

He criticised the current representation of the constituency, alleging a lack of legislative impact and responsiveness to the needs of the people, and pledged to prioritise people-oriented lawmaking.

The aspirant said his ambition is driven by a desire to promote democratic values, transparency, and effective leadership, adding that security, economic growth, and social welfare would be key focus areas.

Adisa-Jaji also reaffirmed his loyalty to the Peoples Democratic Party and its leadership under Bukola Saraki, noting that his decision to remain in the party reflects his belief in its ideals.

He urged party members and stakeholders to support his aspiration, promising inclusive representation and commitment to the development of Ilorin North West constituency.
