The Founder of the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation and Principal Partner of Luxiar Construction Company, Alhaji Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, has congratulated Sheikh Muhammad Bashir Dasuki Al-Fulaniy on his installation as the 13th Chief Imam of Ilorin Emirate.
In a congratulatory message, Okunlola described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Sheikh Dasuki’s scholarship, piety, humility, and unwavering commitment to the propagation of Islam.
He said the emergence of the new Chief Imam reflected the confidence reposed in him by the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, and the Ilorin Emirate Ulamah Council.
The philanthropist also congratulated the people of Ilorin Emirate on the historic occasion, noting that the appointment further demonstrated the Emirate’s enduring commitment to Islamic scholarship, unity, and responsible religious leadership.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the new Chief Imam wisdom, good health, and divine guidance in the discharge of his responsibilities.
Okunlola expressed optimism that Sheikh Dasuki’s reign would promote peace, strengthen moral values, advance Islamic education, and foster greater spiritual growth across Ilorin Emirate and Nigeria.
