Alhaji Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) has felicitated with Muslims across the world on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, urging them to extend support to the underprivileged and promote peaceful coexistence.
In a statement on Thursday, MOK called on the faithful to imbibe the virtues of empathy, charity, and compassion by reaching out to the less privileged and adherents of other religions in the spirit of the celebration.
He noted that such acts would strengthen bonds of friendship, foster tolerance, and enhance unity within society.
The philanthropist also charged Muslims to remain steadfast in upholding the core principles of Islam, while using the festive period to promote love and kindness.
He said, “I congratulate Muslims worldwide on the successful completion of Ramadan. May this Eid bring us closer to Allah and strengthen the bonds of unity among us. Let us continue to spread love, kindness, and compassion to all.”
MOK further prayed for enduring peace, prosperity, and progress for the Muslim Ummah and the global community.
