2027: Femi Sanni Araba canvassed as successor to sustain AbdulRazaq’s legacy

A group of political stakeholders has projected Femi Sanni Araba as a suitable successor to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, ahead of the 2027 governorship election in Kwara State.

In a statement, the group said the state has witnessed significant progress in governance, infrastructure, and human capital development under AbdulRazaq, stressing the need for continuity to sustain the gains recorded.

They described Araba as a leader with the capacity to consolidate ongoing reforms in road construction, education, healthcare, and urban renewal, noting that his vision aligns with the current development trajectory of the state.

The statement added that Araba’s approach focuses on infrastructure expansion, economic growth, youth empowerment, and inclusive governance across all local government areas, positioning him as a forward-looking leader.

The stakeholders maintained that preserving and advancing the achievements of the present administration remains critical, expressing confidence that Araba possesses the experience and commitment required to drive the next phase of development in the state.
