The competition is backed by a ₦50m sponsorship secured through the leadership of Engr. Femi Sanni, a development stakeholders have described as a major boost for grassroots football and youth development in Kwara State.
Since the commencement of the tournament, football clubs from different parts of the state have competed in the male and female categories, showcasing talent and determination throughout the competition.
In the men’s final, will take on Gaa Akanbi FC, while Moje Queens FC will face Mode Queen FC in the women’s final.
Football stakeholders have commended the sponsorship initiative, noting that the investment would help strengthen grassroots football development, talent discovery, and opportunities for young athletes across the state.
