Olododo Declares Reps Ambition for Ilorin East/South, Unveils ‘MEKUNU Agenda’

has officially declared his intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat for Ilorin East/Ilorin South Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections under the platform of the (APC).

The declaration was made during an event held at Ibagun Ward in Ilorin East Local Government Area of .

Addressing supporters, party stakeholders, youths, women groups, and community leaders, Olododo said his ambition was driven by a desire to serve the people and advance development across the constituency.

He explained that he had spent the past few months consulting with party leaders and stakeholders across Ilorin East and Ilorin South before formally declaring his intention.

According to him, his track record in youth empowerment, educational support, community development, and assistance to vulnerable groups reflects his belief that leadership should be rooted in service.

The aspirant also unveiled what he described as the “MEKUNU Agenda,” a development blueprint focused on youth empowerment, economic growth, quality education, infrastructure development, opportunities for women and vulnerable groups, as well as transparency and accountable leadership.

Olododo pledged to champion policies that would create jobs, improve access to education and healthcare, facilitate federal projects, and strengthen communication between elected representatives and constituents.

He called on youths, women, elders, and other residents of the constituency to support his aspiration, describing the project as a collective movement for progress and inclusive development.

The declaration signals growing political activities ahead of the 2027 elections in Kwara State.
