House of Representatives aspirant for the Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency, , has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, , on the occasion of his 86th birthday anniversary.
In a statement, Akintade Shittu described the monarch as a symbol of unity, wisdom, and enduring leadership whose reign has continued to promote peace, cultural heritage, and development across Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State.
He commended the Emir’s commitment to fostering harmony among diverse communities, noting that his fatherly guidance and leadership have remained a source of inspiration to many.
“Your Royal Highness, your life has been a shining example of selfless service, dignity, and devotion to the progress of your people. At 86, your legacy of peace, justice, and stability continues to stand tall,” he stated.
The aspirant prayed for the monarch’s continued good health, strength, and wisdom, asking Almighty Allah to grant him many more years of impactful service.
He also described the Emir as a custodian of tradition and a beacon of hope whose leadership continues to inspire generations across Kwara State.
