The MOK Foundation has provided free healthcare support to 43 patients across five partner health facilities in Kwara State as part of its monthly medical intervention programme for vulnerable residents.
According to the Foundation, the initiative, carried out in July 2026, underscores its commitment to improving access to quality healthcare and reducing the financial burden of medical treatment on indigent individuals and families.
A breakdown of the beneficiaries showed that Lamodi Clinic recorded the highest number of patients with 14 beneficiaries, followed by Olomowewe Primary Healthcare Centre with 10. Igbo Oro Primary Healthcare Centre attended to eight patients, while Abogunugun Primary Healthcare Centre and Cottage Hospital, Igbonna provided healthcare support to six and five patients respectively.
The Foundation said each intervention represents renewed hope for beneficiaries and reflects its sustained efforts to ensure that financial constraints do not deny vulnerable people access to essential healthcare services.
It also commended its partner health facilities and members of the MOK Foundation team for their continued dedication and collaboration in advancing quality healthcare delivery across communities.
The Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its healthcare interventions and supporting more residents through strategic partnerships and community-focused initiatives.
