Oyo launches free evening classes for out-of-school children in markets

The Oyo state government has unveiled a plan to provide free evening classes for children working in major markets as part of efforts to tackle the state’s out-of-school population.

Olusegun Olayiwola, commissioner for education, science and technology, announced the initiative on Thursday during a media briefing in Ibadan, the state capital.
