MOK Foundation founder inducted into Made In Offa Hall of Fame

The fifth edition of the Made In Offa initiative (MIO 5.0) witnessed a moment of recognition as prominent entrepreneur and philanthropist, Qs Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, was inducted into the Made In Offa Hall of Fame.

The honour was conferred during the 2026 edition of the annual event held at the Imperial Event Centre, opposite Summit University, Offa, Kwara State, in recognition of his contributions to community development, youth empowerment, philanthropy, and enterprise growth.

Kayode, founder of the Muyideen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation and Principal Partner of Luxiar Construction Company, was described by the organisers as one of the outstanding sons of Offa whose impact continues to inspire positive change within and beyond the community.

According to the citation read at the event, the award was presented in recognition of his commitment to humanitarian service, support for developmental initiatives, and sustained investment in projects aimed at improving the welfare of residents.

The organisers noted that the Made In Offa Hall of Fame category is reserved for individuals whose achievements and service have significantly contributed to the growth, visibility, and development of Offa through excellence in their chosen fields.

Speaking on the significance of the recognition, the organisers said the initiative remains committed to celebrating indigenous achievers while promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact among younger generations.

Over the years, Made In Offa has evolved into a platform that brings together distinguished sons and daughters of the town to celebrate excellence, foster community pride, and encourage future leaders.

The induction of Kayode was one of the highlights of the event, drawing applause from attendees who commended his contributions to philanthropy and community development.
