Bello Hayyatullah Opeyemi has declared his intention to contest for the Kwara State House of Assembly seat representing Eesa/Shawo/Igboidun Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The aspirant, an entrepreneur and founder of the Hayyat Foundation, said his decision to join the race was inspired by his passion for community development, youth empowerment, and effective grassroots representation.
A native of Ile Ajia Abudu Compound, Bello attended Mustapha Standard College for his secondary education before proceeding to Usmanu Danfodiyo University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Literary Studies in 2021.
He said his aspiration is focused on advancing policies and initiatives that will improve the welfare of constituents, create opportunities for young people, and strengthen community development across Eesa/Shawo/Igboidun Constituency.
Bello’s declaration adds to the growing number of APC aspirants seeking to represent the constituency as political activities continue to intensify ahead of the 2027 elections.
