The aspiration of Mallam Musbau Alasinrin for the Ilorin North West State Constituency seat has gained momentum following a strategic engagement with key ward leaders across the constituency.
Alasinrin met with Ward Chairmen and members of the Constituency Working Committee from the seven wards in Ajikobi/Alanamu at a well-attended session where he outlined his vision for inclusive and people-oriented representation.
The meeting, which featured interactive discussions, provided an opportunity for stakeholders to raise concerns on critical issues affecting the constituency and suggest practical solutions.
Ward Chairmen, considered pivotal figures within the party structure, expressed confidence in the aspirant’s leadership style, describing it as grassroots-driven and forward-looking.
Observers said the endorsement by the ward leaders signals growing acceptance of Alasinrin’s candidacy and positions him as a unifying figure in the race ahead of the 2027 elections.
The engagement, according to political watchers, is part of efforts to consolidate alliances and strengthen grassroots support within Ajikobi/Alanamu and the wider Ilorin North West constituency.
They added that the increasing support for Alasinrin reflects a campaign built on structure, trust, and a shared vision for development.
