According to Akeweje, beneficiaries will be selected irrespective of political or religious affiliation, describing the initiative as part of his commitment to inclusiveness and grassroots development.
He recalled that the cash support programme was recently launched during a stakeholders’ meeting in Oro Ward 2, adding that the intervention would be extended to about 800 widows and elderly people across Irepodun Constituency.
