ARABA Mourns Dr. Lateef Olaniyan, Describes Him as Community Pillar

An APC governorship aspirant in Kwara State, Engr. Femi Sanni, popularly known as ARABA, has expressed sadness over the death of Dr. Lateef Olaniyan, describing him as a bridge builder and committed community leader.

In a condolence message issued on Monday, ARABA sympathised with the family of the deceased, the Omu Aran community, and members of the KSANG family in Seattle, United States, over what he described as a painful loss.

He noted that Dr. Olaniyan was widely respected for his commitment to unity, peace, and development, particularly among Kwarans in the diaspora and the Igbomina community.

According to him, the late Olaniyan made significant contributions to the growth of the Kwara diaspora community in Seattle and remained passionate about the progress of Omu Aran, Igbomina land, and Kwara State at large.

“His demise is a painful loss not only to his immediate family and associates, but also to the wider Omu Aran community, KSANG Seattle family, and all who benefitted from his generosity, wisdom and support,” the statement read.

ARABA prayed for Allah’s forgiveness for the deceased and asked God to grant his family and loved ones the strength to bear the loss.
