Hon. Akintade Abdulmutalib Shittu has congratulated the Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu, on his emergence as the flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming governorship election.
In a goodwill message on Sunday, Akintade described Danladi’s emergence as a reflection of broad-based confidence in his leadership capacity, legislative experience, and long-standing commitment to the development of Kwara State.
He noted that the outcome of the primary represents a significant moment for the party, urging APC members and stakeholders to rally behind the candidate in the spirit of unity and continuity ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Akintade further expressed optimism that Danladi-Salihu would consolidate on the achievements of the present administration and provide purposeful leadership for the people of Kwara State.
